BABYFEST
New Year, New Babies! You don't have to wait until spring to see new little critters make their appearance in the world. At Tanglewood Farm, miniature baby pigs, miniature baby goats, miniature baby donkeys and miniature baby horses herald in the New Year. In the tradition of the South, our two favorite porkers - Scarlett O'Hama and Rhett Gruntler - show off their newest offspring, the real Priscilla the pink pig. Itsy-Biscuit, a miniature version of the famous racehorse Seabiscuit, will be racing around the paddock while baby goats and baby donkeys wander around this Wild West Town, eager for some cuddling. February

LITTLE HOOVES, BIG HEARTS
Throughout the month of February, spread some Valentine's cheer by bringing cans of soup or mittens to warm the hearts of needy children. In exchange, you'll receive a Wild West souvenir from Tanglewood's Trading Post. Meet "ItsyBiscuit," the real miniature horse version of Seabiscuit who has made his home in the Wild West Town of Tanglewood. Take a pony ride or a hay ride and see more than 100 miniature farm animals that call Tanglewood their home.

ARBOR DAY FARMFEST
Celebrate trees and Arbor Day by letting the kids climb our tree house for a bird's eye view of Tanglewood. Visitors receive educational booklets about the benefits of trees in our community and a coupon for 10 free trees with an Arbor Day Foundation membership. IRISHFEST
Not feeling incredibly lucky this St. Patrick's Day? Find the luck of the Irish at Tanglewood Farm. Rub a real, live rabbit's foot - still attached to an adorable miniature Netherland Dwarf bunny, of course. Check out some lucky miniature horse shoes or go strolling through the pasture looking for a four-leaf clover. Then be sure to see the gentle, tailless Manx cats who originate from the Isle of Man where the great St. Patrick first stepped ashore.

SPRINGFEST
Forget Winter. See what's hatching at Tanglewood Farm this Spring! Wander through our Wild West Town teeming with miniature animals and you'll see our darling baby miniature chicks and ducklings waddling after their mamas. Let your kids meet our kids as they visit with our baby miniature goats. Then introduce your little lambs to our little lambs - newborn miniature sheep. Bring your basket to collect chocolate eggs and meet real miniature Easter bunnies. PIONEER DAYS AT TANGLEWOOD FARM
Come watch sheep-shearing during Tanglewood Farm's month-long festival that celebrates the incredible spirit of the pioneers. Watch wool make the transition from the sheep (and alpacas!) to felt, then roving, then yarn after it's placed on the spinning wheel. Then check out the final products like sweaters, caps and socks. FATHER FEST
See all the proud papas - from the black stallion to the silly billy goat - as they show off their babies at Tanglewood Farm. Dads are free all month long. Take a pony ride or a hay ride and see, pet and feed more than 100 miniature farm animals that call Tanglewood their home. The farm and Wild West Town are open for daily tours, but in addition wanna-be cowboys and cowgirls can sign up for a four-hour Cowpoke Class to learn basic horse care and handling using miniature horses. COWPOKE CLASSES

Wanna-be cowboys and cowgirls can sign up for a four-hour class to learn basic horse care and handling using miniature horses. Graduating buckaroos participate in a Cowpoke Competition Course.

Celebrate the spirit of our great nation all month long with patriotic pony rides, bluegrass music and a hayride through Tanglewood's all-American Wild West Town. In addition, contestants can sign up for the Little Britches Rodeo with bungee bull riding, stick horse races, sack races, fast-draw (pictures!) contests and more.

BEST OF THE WEST
Grab your partner and head to the real Wild West Town of Tanglewood for a month-long celebration of the Best of the West. Bring the little buckaroos and let them play dress up in chaps, boots, and hats to look like real-live cowboys. Then let them try their hand at bungee bull riding, saddle up for a pony ride, climb aboard an antique buckboard wagon and hit the trail on a hayride and see more than 100 miniature farm animals that call Tanglewood their home.

HOG CALL for B.A.C.K.


B.A.C.K. (Bikers Against Cruelty to Kids) invites you to pig out and mingle with hogs of both the 2-wheel and 4-legged variety, as well as lots of other critters and caring folks, to support C.A.S.A. of Cherokee County in their efforts to end child abuse.

In addition to good food, great company and a few surprises, enjoy the miniature furry and feathered amenities of Tanglewood Farm.

Anyone interested in ending the mistreatment of children is more than welcome to attend — even if you come on 4 wheels. Your generous donations to C.A.S.A. are greatly appreciated.

This event is held in fond memory of Jim Anastasio and Ken Glasspool.

Celebrate autumn and National American Indian Heritage Month with loads of outdoor fun in the spirit of the Cherokee Indians who once walked this land. WINTERFEST
Get into the holiday spirit by having your picture taken aboard a miniature sleigh hooked up to a miniature reindeer cow. Merry carols fill the air and the farm twinkles with thousands of sparkling lights, decorated trees, and acres of holiday decor. Step back in time to the 1800s and visit Christmas past in this Wild West Town, complete with a Trading Post stocked with unique, last minute holiday gifts. Stroll through the farm while sipping on hot cider and hot chocolate then take a pony ride or a hay ride and see, pet and feed more than 100 miniature farm animals that call Tanglewood their home.
