Additional information we should know about
The following applies to all our Traveling Packages:
Food for the animals is provided for all our Traveling Packages.
Minimum charge for any Traveling Package is equal to the first hour charge. Half-day or full day Packages require 50% deposit.
There is a mileage charge for any of our Traveling Packages of $3 plus tax per mile one way from our facility to your party location. Minimum mileage charge is $50 plus tax.
The first hour deposit is required for a reservation deposit.
There are no refunds of reservation deposits; however, we do reschedule parties to an alternative rain/snow date in case of inclement weather.
Additional charges for additional time will be due on the day of the event.
Checks should be made payable to Tanglewood Farm and mailed to: Tanglewood Farm, 171 Tanglewood Drive, Canton, GA 30115. Please reference party date, time and child's name on check.
